Job Description

Reporting to the Manager and Head of Finance, and as part of the Group Reporting and Costing team, the Accountant will be assist in Group Reporting and Monthly closing reporting. The Accountant is also assist for preparing the quarterly GST returns, Master Costing Sheet, Transfer Pricing Document, Sale Revenue Report and assist in Business Planning Reporting.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in preparing AH Group Reporting
• Assist in preparing Monthly Generated Cost Report
• Assist in preparing Board Meeting Report and Customer Center Report (CCR)
• Assist in preparing Yearly Transfer Pricing Documents
• Assist in preparing invoice costing, monthly margin analysis and monthly Management Report Schedule
• Assist in Business Planning Reporting:
• GST Reporting:  Preparer for Monthly GST reporting
• Assist in preparing Master Costing Sheet
• Assist in Monthly Fixed Assets Schedule
• Prepare Sale Revenue Report to AHSA Sale Team
• Assist in any other duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years' relevant working experience
• Knowledge and interest in group reporting and project costing would be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, especially in terms of data analysis
• Meticulous and possesses attention to detail
• Able to work well within a team and has initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving mind with good analytical skills
