Design, Manufacture, and test of UAV's (Fixed-wing/Hybrid)
Using mathematics, scientific, and engineering principles to design, modify, and improve UAV's component parts, materials safety regulations, and manufacturing processes.
Researching and analyzing information to develop the design and solve problems.
Testing/validating UAVs to find and correct potential problems and to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and functionality requirements.
Rapid prototyping by using various methods (i.e 3D printers)
Designing and assembling control panels, propulsion systems, guiding systems, and other necessary parts and systems.
Writing design proposals, reports, manuals, and other technical documents.
SKILLS
Experience with design for manufacturing and production processes
Knowledge of Aeronautical Machines, including UAVs.
Intermediate to expert-level knowledge using CAD software, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, and CATIA, etc.
Knowledge of using computational software, such as MATLAB and Simulink.
EDUCATION - Bachelors/Master degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
EXPERIENCE - 3+ years’ experience in fixed-wing/hybrid UAV designing and prototyping & flying.
