What you will be doing

We are looking for a Graduate PLM Software Engineer (3DX) to join the #AGGP in Bangalore, India, to Design, Develop PLM Software.

During your development pathway to become a PLM Software Engineer  you can expect to be involved in the following;

• Agile mind-set, collaborative way of working, quick reaction in case of operational issues, SLA fulfillment & service availability
• Propose quick wins solutions and prototyping answering the needs and demonstrating value
• Proactively contribute to the PLM business solutions’ design and architecture 
• Developing and testing prototypes and proof of concepts based on 3DX and Java, able to quickly demonstrate the value  of solutions covering business needs.
• TCL scripting/JPO support for automation, migration and deployment activities
• Crisis Managementand effective conflict management​

This position may involve business travel on both a long and short term to Europe.

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to this position on the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you must be able to demonstrate;

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study - Master’s Degree specialized in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Space Engineering / Computer Science or Equivalent
• Strong understanding of PLM technical concepts, application frameworks & design principle
• Knowledge  in programming languages like  JAVA / Python / C++ / .Net; on Dassault Systemes 3DExperience Platform(Catia, Simulia) and of 3DX Platform Collaborative Space administration, 3DX Platform Architecture, 3DX Data Models, MQL, TCL, JPO & Unified Typing
• Basic understanding of coupled, decoupled, loosely coupled architectures, and PaaS technologies (such as openshift)
• Maximum of three years relevant work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation and continuous improvement
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
