All Airport Agents are required to load, unload, clean and assist our passengers and customer airlines. Ensure consistent delivery of high-performance standards within the time constraints of the service level agreements of the customer airlines. All activities must be in compliance with Sharjah Aviation Services, customer airlines, regulators procedures and health and safety standards.
Airport Agent –Landside (Customer Service)
In this role you will be required to assist passengers requesting for wheelchair assistance, porterage and luggage wrapping services. Always provide excellent customer service by directing the passengers and answering queries.
10 years of schooling or equivalent / 10th grade or high school
Must be able to speak, read and write English. Knowledge of other languages an advantage
Must be physically fit to load, unload and clean.
UAE driving license and advantage
Must have at least 1year experience in doing similar tasks. Previous experience of working at an airport/aviation industry doing a similar role is an advantage.
Must be able to work a shift roster
