Job Description

Flydubai operate a very challenging network of stations across a wide geographical area, using 3rd party suppliers of mixed ability. We have an opening for an experienced trainer within airport services to produce, deliver and evaluate training across our diverse network.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Key Activities

• To develop and deliver Airport Services Training to internal and external candidates covering all aspects of customer services and above wing services including manual and automated check in and flydubai processes.  
• To develop and deliver classroom and practical training in all aspects of “underwing” supervision and Ramp turnround Coordination including Centralised Load control (CLC)
• To monitoring and development a corporate training plan including regulatory compliance.
• In conjunction with Manager of Training & Compliance develop new policies and procedures within Airport Services across all subject matters.
• To assist the administrator with maintaining the training records database and training records
• To deliver training and support across the network, actively montoring best practice at the stations, caring out service audits and individual coaching. 
• To carryout  Quality control and pre audit matters of Quality Assurance
• To carry out inspections in all areas of airport services to ensure training
• Standards are met in procedures and compliance, either one to one or of station compliance to procedures. This will be across the network
• Assist with evaluation of training plan and material and implementing improvements and regulatory updates

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Qualification     

• At a minimum the candidate should be high school graduate

Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ experience or airport/ground operations experience.
• Experience of training in an airport and ground operations environment.
• Exposure to operations in ME , India and Africa would be very useful
• Some formal  audit related experience and training  would be useful
• Previous experience of using passenger handling and operational systems. DCS check in experience especially MACS.
• DG – IATA Dangerous Goods training experience is an advantage
• Mass/balance training experience an advantage

Knowledge / Skills

• Ability to use PC applications in the preparation of training records, training database and dashboards and material is an advantage
• Ability to use Microsoft office including Excel/PowerPoint and Word. 

Certificate / License required

• A suitable training qualification (PTLLS – preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector is an advantage), IATA DGR Cat 6 is an advantage. 

Additional Requirements

• Must be flexible to travel across fz network and hold documents that allow VISA to be obtained
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Ability to speak Arabic and or Russian distinct advantage
