Job overview and responsibilities
Aeronautical Data Analysis is a critical component in supporting the worldwide daily operation and future flight schedules and requires communication between internal and external agencies to ensure mission success. The Data Analyst is an integral component of the Dispatch team and acts as the central point of contact for review, monitoring, and extraction of pertinent Aviation Aeronautical data for Dispatch related to Aeronautical Publications, Circulars, Supplements, NOTAMs and Aeronautical Flight Publications. The position supports Dispatch, Flight Operations and the NOC. The position performs operational data extraction from numerous data sources and assists in the maintenance of sophisticated flight planning tools, airport, aircraft, MEL databases to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policy ensuring all flights can be performed safely, efficiently and according to their mission timelines. The Aeronautical Data Analysis is also responsible for the generation and provision of Aeronautical briefings and ensures Dispatch staff is fully apprised of the relevant aeronautical changes.
