Job Description

Technical Operations/Maintenance

Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.

Job overview and responsibilities

This position will help the Technical Operations Safety and Training teams achieve their operational goals by applying a wide array of skills, including but not limited to: data analysis, reporting, predictive analytics, project management. The position will work closely with stakeholders from each group and provide support on various projects. They will also be the primary managers of dashboards including safety and training.

  • Create, process and follow through on training/safety dashboards per business need
  • Develop data visualizations and automated reports using Spotfire and Palantir
  • Safety and training data interpretation and analytical support
  • Compile weekly and monthly Safety and Training productivity reports
  • Data cleanup and other ad hoc data-related projects
  • Project support, process analysis and continuous improvement

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Required 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years in a role that required extensive data analysis and reporting
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Data manipulation and analysis skills
  • SQL
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • 5+ years in role that required extensive data analysis and reporting
  • 2+ years of airline experience
  • Airline operations
  • Data analytics (modelling, predictive, etc.)
  • Spotfire, Palantir
