Job Description

This position will be based in Pune and will be in Shared service center of Supply chain management function (SCM

Services). The principle role of this position is to support Eaton businesses- Aerospace, Corporate, Electrical and Vehicle group in the tactical Invoice Reconciliation activities. This includes understanding materials purchased, materials billed, received and the ongoing management of supplier relationships. This position requires the incumbent to work in US shifts.

Supply chain shared service is an Initiative that provides functional and value-added support across each vertical of the Supply Chain Functions for the Eaton sites across the globe, key areas of focus are standardization, consolidation,automation support and leveraging best in class available tools / techniques / processes

Essential Functions

• Good working knowledge of Invoice Management.
• Manage Open Complex Invoices to clear for payment.
• Fair knowledge of Procure to pay process and SCM domain
• Should have good understanding of multiple reasons of Error Holds.
• Understanding of Root Cause Analysis and capable of mitigation action
• Invoice ‘on hold’ resolution for timely payments to the vendors.
• Intermediate level Excel knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Should be able to analyze invoice issues and communicate across to seek resolution.
• Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position & Flexible attitude to work with the

Specialized Knowledge

• Non-Engineer Bachelors with 2-3 Yrs / Masters with 1- 2 Yrs exp in SCM processes
• Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Office
• Good communication skills to work with teams remotely
• Quick response to deadlines
• Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position & Flexible attitude to work with the
