Job Description

Instructor Cargo Training

  • Impart training: Cargo Acceptance, Cargo Handling, Cargo Tariffs, Warehouse Operations and ULD build up, ULD management, Smart Cargo.
  • Develop and maintain Cargo training program and manual in compliance with regulatory and global practices.
  • Ensure 100% staff trained in Basic Cargo (Initial and Recurrent), across the network at all times.
  • Promote understanding of the established policies and procedure of the Cargo operations.
  • Determine training needs; select most effective instructional methods; ensure training is delivered consistently and effectively at all locations.
  • Develop effective training material and training courses.
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and enhance existing programs.
  • Certified on CAT6 DGR and 05 years of experience in cargo operations.
