Position Summary

Develops performance reporting and conducts detailed analysis for IndiGo’s flight network and commercial partnerships. Aids the Corporate Planning and Analysis group in business partnering with operating and commercial verticals and providing them with revenue, cost, profitability and contribution reports and analyses.

Job Key Responsibilities

• Produces monthly profitability and contribution reports at following levels:
• By flight number, route, city and region
• By aircraft type
• By airline partner
• By line of business (e.g. Passengers/Cargo)
• Carries out the monthly network performance report production process. Advances the quality and content of monthly reporting to better support decisions to improve enterprise operating performance
• Designs, develops and produces key insights reporting for the CEO and his/her direct reports
• Develops, maintains and evolves interactive tools and data to support Network Planning and Revenue Management decisions (e.g., Sector Cost Modelling, Performance Dashboards, etc.)
• Develops detailed budgets and KPIs for commercial departments like Network Planning, Revenue Management and CarGo

Education and Experience Profile

• MBA/CA or graduate degree in advanced analytics or equivalent required
• Two to four years of experience in an enterprise level analytics group
• Experience in product line reporting and analysis highly preferred. High comfort level with MIS and advanced excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently synthesize and communicate complex issues. Communicates with crisp, persuasive written and verbal skills and is effective and comfortable in a variety of presentation settings
• High level of detail orientation
• Airline or transportation industry knowledge a plus. IndiGo passion required
