Job Description

Role Requirement

To provide a wide range of leadership, management & professional skills development and learning interventions to employees across the organization. To design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and administer courses and programs that support interactive and practical application
  • Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures
  • Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process
  • Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventions
  • Manage the planning, design, and implementation / delivery of all learning and development requirements
  • Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning
  • Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team to upscale the performance of the team and the team members
  • Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements
  • Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results

  • Quality of the solutions designed, developed, and delivered (including facilitation), participant and stakeholder feedback / satisfaction scores

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream. A master’s degree in HR, Talent/Organizational Development or Psychology, Project management certification, knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design will be an added advantage

Minimum 7 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management

Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness
