Job Description

Responsible for supporting and managing all projects within OCC and ascertain areas of process improvements by identifying risks and mitigating them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all short term and long-term projects within OCC with updated status reports
• Maintain and highlight risks, ensure appropriate measures are taken to mitigate risks. Escalate to Projects leadership team in case of any deviation from project plan including delays, changes to scope and increase in budget.
• Work closely with Project Managers from stakeholder departments for successful completion of projects
• Collaborate to create/review BRD in detail to capture all scenarios so that rework can be minimized, and product quality is maximised.
• Support functions with analysis for increasing efficiency of operations
• Ensure documentation of all processes and policies within the respective functions.

• Ability to maintain high confidentiality & manage sensitive data
• Ability to work independently but bring together a diverse project and working level team
• High comfort level working in a diverse staff and subject environment
• Must have a positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

 Experience Required:

• Project Management experience would be preferred
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google software’s.
• Knowledge or any prior experience in Aviation would be an advantage.

PMP Certification shall be preferred
