Job Description

• Monitoring of PW engines for the below,
• Ø Ensure that all receiving actions are completed for new, shop returned and lease engines.
• Ø Ensure scheduled Unscheduled Engine change work orders are raised in timely manner by respective team member
• Ø Ensure all dispatch actions are completed for Unserviceable engines including dispatch inspections, information flow to finance PW ADEM, Engine dispatch documents preparation
• Ø Ensure preservation requirements of all engines is meticulously followed as per current OEM requirements in timely manner and AMOS actions are completed
• Ø Ensure all open requirements of shop returned engines are meticulously reflected in Engine change workorders and closed.
• Monitoring EO 2721A/B and EO 3345 for all PW1100 engines.
• Scrutinizing SB/SI for affectivity.
• Monitoring of Oil Consumption for PW Engines biweekly.
• Monitoring and replying mail received from routing for negative and due events for PW1100 engines.
• Monitoring ECO power wash for NEO engines via EO 1807.
• Prepare biweekly LLP stub life for PW engines.
• Reviewing LEDS and Shop documents before engine installation.
• Preparation of Accessory workscope for Engine Induction in Shop.
• Preparation of Accessory list for Engine Induction in Shop.
• Preparing and monitoring De-rate graph for PW1100 and V2500 engine.
• Lease return activity and aircraft documentation of designated aircraft.
• Weekly updated status of GRN actions (receiving of PW1100 engines in AMOS).

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech(Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical)/ AME

Others:

• Min. 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years:

• 10+ years in aviation industry
