The successful candidate will be part of Integrated Crew Planning and Operations Department in Flight Operations Division. He/She will be responsible for effective leave administration of Cabin Crew.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cabin crew leave administration for all leave types (annual leave, childcare leave, matrimonial leave etc.)
Answer day-to-day queries and requests from cabin crew through the Planning service desk, with a good balance of efficiency, accuracy, clarity and empathy and track them for follow up.
Extract and compile reports into usable formats
Perform system testing and capture test outcome in an organized manner
Report system defects and irregular system performance in test environment and Production
Maintain and update leave system settings
Contribute to improvement of chatbot performance in terms of crew leave Q&A
Administrative handling of supernumerary (SNY) crew who are travelling
Perform any other duties as assigned
