This requisition is for a locally hired position of Benefits and HR Operation at Associate Level, to be based at Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance for the delivery of employee Services and in country benefits, working with local subject matter experts under the guidance of the India Benefits Regional lead and the India Regional Coordinator. Activities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide eligibility, enrollment, and participant support for new hire, life event, annual and special enrollments
  • Provide ongoing support pertaining to Insurances, reimbursements, enrollment into pension plan and other benefits related activities, as per the business needs
  • Creating & maintaining data workbooks for the purpose of compliance and record
  • Support Payment processing and Invoice coordination (related to benefits)
  • Assist with Employee communications as needed
  • Coordination for Employee benefits related events
  • Support & assist in implementation schedules and coordinate with key collaborators as needed, to implement country benefit additions and/or changes.
  • Respond to, resolve and track employee inquiries, as needed.
  • Coordinate employee benefits related data transfers with suppliers and internal customers as needed. Validate employee data and prepare ad hoc reports, as needed.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key collaborators on initiatives and actions in support of the continuous improvement of benefits services delivered in the country, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as illustrated by Benefits/HR Services
  • Serve as the Benefits & HR Operations focal for benefits delivery and track opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the country for global benefits and HR operations improvement activities.
  • Serve as a focal for benefits suppliers under the mentorship of Global Benefits & HR Operations and International Total Rewards.
  • Establish implementation schedules and coordinate with internal organizations (e.g. communications, payroll, etc.) and suppliers to implement country benefit additions and/or changes.
  • Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries and problems of various complexities. Supervise and coordinate responses to employee inquiries using enterprise case management tools. Facilitate and coordinate functional sub team meetings as needed to address issues or service gaps.
  • Perform transactions using HR technologies (e.g., Workday, case management, SharePoint)
  • Coordinate data transfers with suppliers and internal customers. Validate and/or accurate employee data and research and prepare ad hoc reports, as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as illustrated by Global Benefits and HR Operations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in HR Shared Services set up for the role
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office – primarily excel
  • International employee benefits and/or HR experience
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advance education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 4 -5 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Prefer Bachelor's and typically 4 - 7 or more years' related work experience.
