Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace / Manufacturing / Industrial & Production Engineering with 1-3 years experience. Masters degree in a similar domain would be a plus.
Required Skills:
Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
Strong drawing reading, visualization and interpretation skills.
Understanding of GD&T - ASME Y14.5-1994 or later.
Awareness of Landing gear functioning would be a plus.
Ability to understand Concessions / Quality notifications (QN).
Exposure to various materials and processes used in Landing Gear
Exposure w.r.t various primary and secondary manufacturing processes.
Hands on experience in CATIA V5.
Exposure to PLM tools like Smarteam and Matrix.
Attention to details will be paramount.
Being a team-player with good communication skills are a must as the position will involve interfacing across various disciplines (Design, Stress, Materials, etc.).
