Boeing India Finance is currently looking for an Associate Finance Analyst to join their team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Regional Finance Center Manager to manage the APAC Business Units / subsidiary process and to lead process improvement projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages day to day activity for Boeing Business units/ Subsidiary for Accounts Payable function.
  • Understand Finance systems (ERP tools) and can help extended team where required.
  • Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with stakeholders, peers, Global process owners.
  • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving.
  • Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team and Stakeholders. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
  • Analyze areas of process improvement and bring positive changes.
  • Develops and executes Global Project and process plans, implements policies and procedures
  • Partners as a “One Finance” ensuring consistent services are delivered across the enterprise
  • Manage the metrices for third party service providers & constantly monitoring their activities.
  • Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable Role
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience.)
