Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Technical & Flight Services in Flight Operations Division. He/She will be required to use Tableau, Enterprise Planning Tool, and Microsoft Office in the course of his/her work, and is responsible for the duties below:

Verify overflight charges invoices
Investigate discrepancies in charges
Follow-up on discrepancies in charges with various civil aviation authorities / billing organizations
Monitor invoicing cycle to ensure timely receipt, verification and payment
Ensure timely dispatch of payment documents
Work on and complete projects when assigned

Required Skills

Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
Aviation/finance/mathematics related field of study will be advantageous, but not essential
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Numerate
Possesses an eye for detail
Meticulous in tracking and following up on issues
Resourceful, IT-literate and highly proficient in the use of MS Excel
Fast learner, able to work under pressure, performs well in a team
