We are looking for an Associate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, a passionate individuals to create, own, and continuously improve strategic and tactical direction for the Automation environment and engaged in Automation using RPA tools  and help to define best practices, improved processes, develop reusable BoT, SDKs and common services that will be used across the enterprise.

Digital Common Services team, which drives digital transformation of Boeing through continuous delivery of cost optimized common services and innovative technology products is looking for RPA Developer. This team leads strategic direction, provides solutions and drives business value to keep Boeing and its partners connected in the most innovative, efficient and effective way.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create Bots based on customer requirements, PDD and SDD
  • Develop and update Blue Prism objects and processes in accordance to Boeing and Blue Prism best practices
  • Follow all Boeing Compliance (corporate, SOx, DFARS, DPAR, etc.) rules
  • Participate and provide input in development related meetings and activities (e.g. Agile ceremonies)
  • Work with customers to obtain proper access to applications, platforms, systems applicable for the RPA BOT automation
  • Perform migrations into Dev or Test as a manual backup to the automated process
  • Testing of BOT automation, associated processes and objects in Dev, Test. Resolve all Sev1, 2 defects prior to moving to Production environments (COE will provide Prod migration)
  • Input and report defects and bugs into Change Management (CM) platform(s)
  • Assist other developers in development and proof-of-concept activities
  • As needed, schedule meetings with customer teams and internal team, provide agenda, meeting minutes and action items
  • Support testing of Development, Test and Production environment changes
  • Will attend onboarding, informational, and "pitch" meetings with current and prospective customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Capacity to learn and apply knowledge to projects
  • Prior experience troubleshooting issues on existing code-base(s)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter, team player, and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically  4-8 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.
