Job Description

To take control of all aspects of AIC and maintain appropriate records of all aircrafts. Coordinate with vendors, issue instructions, monitor compliance and expenses. Coordinate Vistara ground services for contracts and day to day operations. Coordinate with Vistara engineering for night cleaning and cabin defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Will be responsible to guide the AIC vendors to deliver exceptional cabin services
• Will monitor quality performance standards through a dedicated team of AIC agents. The role will be key in making decisions for resource planning (personnel, equipment, facilities) to achieve the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Will play an active role in shaping strategic & tactical plans to improve the AIC operational performance while ensuring safety and security remain the highest priority
• Will co-ordinate with relevant internal stakeholders, namely Engineering, & Cabin Services to ensure product efficiency
• Candidate will be responsible in training Ground Services and GHA’s (Domestic & International) to ensure Tata SIA standards are met
• Candidate should have experience of dealing with Airside/Ramp Operations, Finance, HR, L&D, Customer relations, Supplier management, SAP and RFP processes
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of hub ground handling and AIC with a decisive yet collaborative leadership style, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity, quality and respect

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience within the airline, airport or ground handling industry with two years in a managerial position
