The holder of this position will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices, and design, develop/update and deliver training programs to our cabin crew.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out training and development needs analysis
Develop, implement, and update training materials and e-learning modules (including train-the-trainers)
Monitor and review progress of Senior Executives in the team and give feedback at regular intervals
Conduct training for cabin crew and administrate LMS (MLMS) on Success Factor tool
Liaise with external consultants in terms of course assignments, schedules, and payments
Support the daily administration of the training section for timely injection of trainees/promotes
Monitor and review the progress of trainees and promotes and give feedback at regular intervals
Carry out inflight assessment reviews and audits, to identify under-performing crew for additional training and provide feedback for service process improvement
Maintain training and HR-related reports for assigned trainees
Support the administration of uniform, hotel accommodation and transport arrangements
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage development/issuance of job aids items used by cabin crew
Skills / Attributes
Complete Contact center management experience with detail knowledge of staffing and forecasting models
Should have experience in managing teams of 50+ or more
High attention to detail with customer focus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Team management and effective utilization of resources
Excellent Excel & presentation skills
Knowledge of aviation industry and its operations
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Cabin Crew Department out of which at least 18 months in the role of managing either Crew Training, Crew Performance, Base, Admin, Welfare or Service Development in any Airline. This is a mandatory requirement
