Job Description

The individual will be responsible for performing and assisting in Management Reporting - Budgeting and forecasting activities, preparation of MIS reports, route results etc. He/She should be able to assist in completing assignments by determining priorities, managing time, monitoring progress etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in preparation of Monthly Management Report, Monthly Route Results, Budgeting & forecasting activities, competition analysis, flash reporting etc.
• Assist in preparing the MIS for various business units and segments
• Carry out primary and secondary research and produce reports, briefing papers and findings for the purpose of special projects
• Assisting in providing value-added management decision support, identify major trends and corresponding business issues
• Prepare and disseminate timely and accurate financial information to allow the business to plan, forecast, and make decisions using controlled & consistent data
• General reporting and business metric tracking; including generating reports, analyses and models as requested by the business to support the overall process
• Assist in completing assignments by determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans
• Provide general assistance for presentations, workshops, or meetings. Take notes if required and follow up, prepare minutes of meetings

Skills/Attributes

• Should be IT savvy, fully conversant and proficient in Microsoft Office and related Software packages
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
• Should have ability to analyse large data and generate meaningful results
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills appropriate to a multi-cultural and diverse working environment

Work Experience

• 2 to 3 years of working experience

Qualification

• Should hold CA or MBA degree from a recognized university
