Job Description

Responsible for developing & owning Vistara’s brand visual identity- both mainline and digital creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate our marketing requirements into designs that are visually enticing and emotionally engaging
• Determine scope of a design project, in consultation with the in-house mainline and social media teams
• Develop and contribute towards better UX/UI for website and mobile app
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, digital campaigns, advertisement materials, and videos
• Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
• Present designs to internal teams, incorporate changes, and seek approvals
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Design emailers and follow a monthly calendar
• Keep up to date with UX best practices and developments, and pro-actively share knowledge and examples across teams

Skills / Attributes

• Quality content/creative for social and other release platforms
• Performance and experience of emailers
• In-depth knowledge of design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability and knowledge to animate 3D graphics
• Must be efficient at visualizing and creatively designing and executing static, animated and video content

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 – 7 years of work experience
• Should have experience in the design team of a digital advertising agency, or a graphic designer/visualiser in a marketing team of a reputed brand

Qualification

• BSc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field from recognized university
