Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

End to end Payroll processing and management
Reimbursement Bill processing & Payment
Full & Final Management Processing, Checking and payment
Income Tax deduction and Form 16 related depth knowledge
Perquisite Tax (salary related)
Year End Activities Management - Investment Declaration / Proof submission / Form – 16 etc
MIS report for Management (Head count and salary cost variance)
Salary JV, Bank Advise Preparation, Audit Reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate any stream, (Post Graduate Preferred)
Should have experience from Accounting side of Payroll
Minimum 3-5 year experience in Accounting with Payroll profile
Experience on SAP-Payroll (HRMS) will be highly Preferable
