Designation: Auditor Service Standards & Quality

Location: Gurgaon

Education Qualification: 10+2/Graduate

Specific Responsibilities:

• Conduct Service Quality Audits for Inflight, Airports, and Reservations
• Provide database assistance to stakeholders
• Monthly report follow-ups.
• Create modules and PPT for SSQ training purposes
• Effective planning of audit coverage Pan India

Skill Set:

• Competent at writing clear and concise reports.
• Good command of Hindi & English Language (Written and Spoken).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of analytics.
• Basic understanding of principles of auditing
• Ability to analyze and assess service quality across the network (Inflight and Ground).
• In-depth understanding of Reservations,Airports & In- Flight functioning.
• Ability to work in a team
• Customer-centric outlook
• Eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet the timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

• Minimum 05 years of total aviation experience
