    presence in this market, we are searching for a result-oriented Account Manager who strives for excellence, is
    energized by new challenges and looking for a fast-track career growth. Reporting to Sr. Director Strategic
    Accounts, she or he will operate with a high degree of autonomy to drive new Electronics Manufacturing Systems
    (EMS) sales from Honeywell, and collaborating with leaders within and outside of the business to achieve
    strategic goals that directly impact our evolving market demands. This position will also be the Voice of Customer
    inside our organization actively shaping the strategy, investment decisions as well as new offerings to the
    market. The candidate must demonstrate consistently superior sales performance, ability to influence, direct and
    inspire the cross functional teams in order to achieve the BU/organization goals.
    Candidates must have an established track record of sales performance delivering industry leading growth,
    scaling business with existing customers, and establishing multimillion dollar sustaining businesses with EMS
    sales. Experience working with Honeywell (either internally or externally) is preferred but not required. In the
    case that the candidate does not have experience working with Honeywell, other Tier 1 Aero Systems Providers,
    OEMs, etc. will be considered. The candidate must possess the breadth in capability to work with the Cyient
    teams to develop sales strategies and offerings for Transportation industry. The Candidate must possess strong
    communication skills, priority management and ability to work autonomously as well as with multi-disciplinary
    teams spread over diverse geographic regions and time zones.
    This role requires customer interaction at multiple disciplines and levels, as well as coordination & interaction at
    multiple levels within Cyient. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the customer
    enterprise, that lead to the continuous growth of business opportunity is key.
    The position will be based in Bangalore. Visits to the customer site and 10% travel to Cyient Mysore will be
    required.
    Essential Responsibilities Include:
    · Responsible for order intake, revenue and profit targets for EMS with Honeywell India.
    · Position Cyient to significantly grow the EMS business across existing and new business units at Honeywell
    India.
    · Develop business cases, proposal strategies and lead overall proposal activities for customers' Requests for
    Proposal.
    · Develop pro-active, unsolicited offers by identification of potential white space opportunities in the customer
    accounts.
    · Provide timely forecasts of revenue, business capture, sales and orders booking, status of pursuits and
    proposals
    · Lead internal teams in influencing / understanding the customer RFP requirements, the competition, and
    providing a Win Strategy with a recommended Price to Win.

    clear and consistent communication between the customer and the leadership team.
    · Generate, maintain, and present sales management artifacts and tools such as account plans, sales
    funnels, capture plans and order forecasts.
    · Responsible for contributing to sales strategy and execution.
    · Ensure adherence to Cyient contractual policies and procedures, and to company Legal and Ethics policies.
    · Coach and support sales team, participate in workshops, knowledge sharing and strategy sessions with
    Business Development, Strategy, Marketing and Technical teams as requested.
    · Diligent use of Salesforce to track and maintain account data.
    Skills and Knowledge
    · BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Engineering
    · 5 years Account Management experience with Industrial customers. 3-5 years of Aerospace EMS sales is a
    plus.
    · Ability to elaborate and demonstrate a track record of success.
    · Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles and concepts.
    · Excellent written and oral communication as well as effective presentation skills.
    · Ability to present business plans and sales strategies to senior and executive management.
    · Skill in opportunity development and opportunity identification, strategic selling, pursuit and capture planning
    are essential.
    · Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship building skills are critical.
    · Strong drive to learn new technologies and offerings.
    · Demonstrated leadership traits, with past cross functional leadership experience a plus.
    · Personal integrity, professionalism, goal-oriented, results-driven self-starter.
