Minimum requirements

10+2/ Candidates pursuing Graduation can Apply.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi Mandatory.
1-2 year experience in a call centre /customer serviceenvironment Is a prerequisite.
Smart personality, well Spoken and Should possess customer oriented Attitude .
Team Player ,Flexible and willing to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.
IT Savvy with Good Working knowledge of Excel Required.
Male Candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Managing inbound &outbound calls
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers feel valued.
Assisting customer's queries resolving complaints related to their booking & reservations.
