Job Description

The successful candidate will join Sales & Marketing (SIN Station), Cargo Division.

Key Responsibilities include:

• To ensure RX car queues and Sin SalesCgo mailbox requests and enquiries are attended to and cleared promptly.
• To perform pre-flight functions on all flights to ensure full utilization of allocations and promotion of shipments in order to fulfil allocations granted.
• Use SATS Cosys+ system to check for lying shipments or offloaded shipments and book these shipments on first available flights.
• To liaise with CSM to secure additional capacity for shipments and/or to find alternatives for customer if the flights requested are over booked.
• To liaise with SATS ULD department for the daily release of ULDs to SINSales agents under different block timings.
• To co-ordinate with overseas stations for special cargo handling such as aircraft engines, AVI with grooms, valuable cargo etc. To monitor urgent human remains requests that require immediate uplift. To check with stations and shipper for permits and approval prior to uplift of human remains is required by all stations and authorities.
• To ensure bookings comply with destination customs requirement (e.g India – no part shipment , DG embargo station, etc).

Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline.
2. Possess critical thinking and good organizational skills.
3. Meticulous, and attention to details.
4. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and other IT systems e.g. SFM, RX.
