Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Cargo Division, Cargo Operations & Services Department. He/She is expected to drive the operations transformation projects from conception to finish. This includes working with key stakeholders to develop and implement new operational systems and processes at SIN Hub and overseas stations, to strengthen our cargo operations efficiency and improve our product offering to customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Cargo Digital Knowledge Base to enable real-time access to critical cargo handling information, including cargo handling SOPs, station handling capabilities, GHA and customs-related information & restrictions etc.
  • Develop Cargo Loading Assessment Tool to enable quick indicative assessment of cargo space requirements
  • Develop RPA solutions to ease the day-to-day business activities of cargo ops units
  • To be involved in deep-dive review of Cargo Ops Training Framework & Curriculum:

    - Identify existing training and competency gaps
    - Identify critical competencies and skillsets required to improve cargo ops efficiency
    - Formulate an enhanced competency-based training curriculum for cargo ops
  • To work closely with Head Office BUs, overseas stations and Corporate Learning Centre to gather inputs / feedback as part of the Training Framework review
  • Coordinate and drive partnership programmes with external stakeholders including service providers and government authorities
  • Design and implement process & system solutions to support the growth of Cargo Verticals such as Healthcare, Live Animals, Aerospace etc. 
  • Required to work closely with Key Accounts & Verticals (KAV) team, overseas stations and GHAs to implement such solutions


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university  
  • Experience in air transport operations and project management
  • Preferred experience and training in IT, data analytics, design thinking and Agile methodology
  • A technology-savvy team player with a go-getter, outcome-driven and collaborative mindset
  • Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent work ethics, rational, resourceful, able to multi-task and influence desired outcomes
