The successful candidate will join Cargo Division, Cargo Hubs Operations & ULD Management Department. He/She will be responsible to monitor and ensure SATS services level as well as to operationalize initiatives which will enhance handling efficiency at Cargo hub.
Key Responsibilities include:
o Monitor performance standards of SATS Cargo and Ramp as per the SLA.
o Prepare quarterly meeting agendas.
o Employ data analytics tools to identify areas for improvements from mis-handling statistics.
o Perform CSA for Hub Operations.
o To prepare and submit the Operating Budget for Hub Operations & ULD management.
o To administer the SLA finance requirements.
o To provide coverage for Hub Operations Executive.
o Joint SQ-SATS Cargo end-to-end Process Review.
o AFT5/6 renovation coordination.
