Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of SIA's Cargo Commercial Planning department in Cargo Division. He/She will support revenue management functions and support IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly fuel report/FSC monitoring

- Track and report weekly Jet Fuel Spot Prices

- Assist AM Commercial Planning with Surcharge Computation and Tracking

• Revenue Management/Performance Monitoring and Reporting

- Assist with the creation and maintenance of stations’ allocation in Rx

- Generation of allocation chart for distribution to Cargo Space Management and SATS and for internal use

- Assist to perform rate and allocation utilisation review, ensuring rate integrity.

- Assist with stations’ sales steering initiatives to improve overall network contribution

- Assist with data analysis and preparation of regular reports for directed selling/stations’ sales steering initiatives

- Generation of weekly/monthly performance reports where applicable (including acting as Alternate for weekly LF reporting)

• System Administration & Support

- Act as alternate system administrator for EDW

- Assist in the maintenance of schedule in NMS/Rx

• Others

- Involve in projects aimed at work process improvement and

- Assist with documentation of processes and SOPs

- Other projects where applicable
