Job Description

Monitors and records reservations and ensure all aspects of the bookings are properly recorded and submitted. Requires responsible coordination with Cargo Sales Executives, QR Space Control, and local area GSAs.

Role Accountabilities

Accepts bookings of cargo sales and ensures they are properly inputted into the cargo IT system.(Daily requirement, 3-4 flights per day)
Liaises between sales team members and QR Space Control to ensure each reservation is properly allocated per flight.
Records updates on backlog/critical situations to avoid complaints from customers. Track critical metrics (e.g. load factor, revenue, chargeable wt, etc) and prepare a daily report for HO and regional management on daily basis (3-4 flights per day)
Makes booking with OAL/Trucking companies and make use of SPA contracts to ensure satisfactory service to offline destinations. (Whenever shipment requires other airline/trucking services)
Coordinates between QAS, QR & outstations on a shipment requiring special handling/attention to ensure smooth movement of cargo. (Monitor cargo movements whenever special handling attention required) Provides booking list to GHA within the agreed time frame. To effect on-time departure of flights. (6 to 12 hours prior to departure)
Loads flight reservations in the system and coordinate space allocations in relation to reservations with QR Space Control. (3-4 flights per day)
And any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Preferred with Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent previous experience, High School Qualification can be considered.
Minimum 2 years of job-related experience required.
Airline experience would be considered an added advantage.
