Job Description

Supporting the Manager Security & Compliance in the areas of cargo security and cargo quality control program, this incl. performance monitoring, identification of trends, reporting, maintaining of documentation and audit records as well as support building mitigation strategies to enhance compliance levels. In addition, extending functional support to the Manager Cargo Training, by continuously monitoring and reporting training compliance, maintaining audit records, facilitating training courses and support the development of course content and materials.

Accountabilities

• Responsible to maintain security and quality control related databases, incl. but not limited to ACC3/RA3 database, CTPAT, QA/CCC findings and CCC schedule , ensuring that records are up-to-date at all times.
• Tracking and analysing security, compliance (CCC and QA) and training performance (KPIs), providing accurate and meaningful reports, enabling the identification of trend and reported non-compliances.
• Responsible to analyses trends, identify root courses and develop action plans and mitigation strategies in close coordination with the Manager Security & Compliance, Manager Cargo Training and other stakeholders as applicable.
• Responsible to maintain documentation for cargo security, training as well as quality control and ensure accurate auditable records (e.g. for QA, IOSA etc.) are available and up-to-date at all times. Documentation incl. but is not limited to all kind of checklists, processes, SOPs, databases etc
• Manager compliance communication to EY network and hub by means of all available communication channels e.g. COMES, in close coordination with relevant departments and maintain the cargo distribution list at all times.
• Responsible to review and update training materials, ensuring those are up-to-date at all times and in accordance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements, as well as industry best practice.
• Facilitating and administering delivery of classroom/virtual trainings, including but not limited to the scheduling of events, booking of rooms, inviting attendees, ensuring availability of materials and functional equipment
• Support the development of new and continuous enhancement of existing training courses by internal as well as external providers, providing training needs, review training material as well as coordinating with relevant stakeholders

Education & Experience

• Educated to at least high school diploma is required
• At least three years of air cargo industry experience
• Post holder must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of aviation security requirements and safety standards
• High computer literacy in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
