The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.
What you’ll deliver
o You’ll create and deliver the daily stand plans for aircraft arriving, departing and repositioning at the airport
o You will ensure a safe environment whilst making optimum use of available airport capacity
o You will continuously monitor each aircraft movement and implement changes where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to airport operations
What you bring
o You should have a higher education degree in Aviation, Operational Planning, strategic planning, systems or any analytical discipline.
o You should have at least 3 years’ experience working in an airport environment.
o You’ll have an experience of Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A- CDM) concepts.
o Excellent problem solving and decision- making skills will be key.
