You will be responsible for Responsible for customer care activities and support the operations through the delivery of standardized system and workflow application, processes and procedure in QAS Cargo. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to the work environment is safe and secured. Represent QAS Cargo Management being a focal point for all Customer Care activities, providing total customer satisfaction with service quality excellence.
Developing objectives for the customer care’s day-to-day activities. Interact with customers professionally and respond to their concerns with appropriate service required.
Lead daily operations and ensure staff are well organized and productive. Handles audit for Customer Care section.
Implement operational strategies such as assessment and customer service standard.
Focus on improving performance for better service quality.
Guiding the team for difficult calls or issues, unsatisfied customers, or handling issues that cannot be handled by subordinates.
Preparing reports and analyze performance data to improve processes.
Work closely with the Line Manager to ensure efficient service is provided at all times.
Prepare and review work instruction in accordance with the operational process and system set-up.
Identify and pro-actively develop service recovery methodologies to resolve customer issues.

An ideal candidate will have:
minimum of High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
Familiar with acceptance of Dangerous Goods/Live Animals
Excellent in both spoken and written English Language.
Command over spoken and written Arabic, a distinctive factor.
Interpersonal expertise to all levels.
Excellent communication skills.
Can work with minimum supervision, unpredictable climatic conditions, shift patterned and long hours as required by operations, intense commitment to confidentiality.
Render overtime work as instructed by a superior necessary to complete target and team player.
Adhere to comply with QAS SOP’s.
Proficiency with the necessary technology
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
