Cabin crew experience with inclination towards customer service training

Job Description

  • Ensures well-trained, competent, qualified and efficient Cabin Crew & APS Staff at all times
  • Conducts Induction of new Trainees, Cabin Crew & APS
  • Conducts In-flight Service Training for Cabin Crew (Initial, Recurrent and Enhanced / upgrade programs).
  • Conducts Announcement Training for Cabin Crew and ratings post evaluation
  • Conducts Announcement Upgrade t raining to improve announcement rating of leadership cabin crew.
  • Maintains and updates training records in a meticulous and systematic manner.
  • Monitors the progress of trainees / individual cabin crew and suggest / conduct additional training when required
  • Responsible for evaluation of examinations and compiling the results.
  • Coaches and mentors new trainees / Cabin Crew and provide feedback.
  • Prepares a schedule of audit flights on a monthly basis and submit to Manager Training.
  • Conducts service based audit s at airports and inflight, and identify deficiencies and suggest corrective measures / corrective action as necessary.
  • Collates relevant compliments and complaints from sms feedback data, for APS and Inflight.
  • Creates case studies f rom relevant customer complaint s and take necessary steps to reduce complaints by conducting corrective training for concerned crew.
  • Creates modules and conducts training programs based on complaints analysis done by self and through data received from customer feedback.
  • Submits and maintains all audit reports.
  • Ensures that training facility including all training aids (audio & visual) are well-maintained and noticeboards are updated at all times.
  • Assists Manager Training in formulating and implementing training programs.
  • Provides inputs for amendments and revisions to the service training handbook and update power point presentations on a regular basis.
  • Develops and updates training material on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare and update question bank for service based examinations and proficiency
  • Ensures that all manuals handouts, circulars and other documents are conveyed well in advance and distributed to all trainees and maintain records of the same.
  • Responsible for proper dissemination of service circulars, revisions, handbooks to all trainees and maintain records of the same.
  • All allied and ancillary duties.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
