Key Requirement for the Position | Graduate degree in any discipline; Familiar and work experience with MS office suite and Google; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Two years of airline experience, preferably all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp, check-in, baggage etc.); Proven written communication skills to make easy to understand assignments, tests and student feedback reports; Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi task; Ability to work with multicultural audience; Ability to work well with all levels of management and support; Develop digital and print educational material (e.g. videos and manuals); |
Job Description | Identify trainee’s needs and making attainable targets; Organizing activities to present material and deepen understanding of coursework; Develop and maintain training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions, presentations, role plays and assessments; Preparing relevant hand-outs of the course; Documenting and maintaining records of data of the staff under training; Coordinating, administering and grading examinations that test student’s knowledge; Answering student’s queries and providing support to help them succeed; Maintaining student’s attendance and grades; Preferred Experienced instructor or public speaker; Knowledge of Navitaire; Experience in delivering courses through virtual platforms is an asset; Familiarity with interactive learning activities; Additional certification in training is a plus; |
