| Job Description | Identify trainee’s needs and making attainable targets; Organizing activities to present material and deepen understanding of coursework; Develop and maintain training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions, presentations, role plays and assessments; Preparing relevant hand-outs of the course; Documenting and maintaining records of data of the staff under training; Coordinating, administering and grading examinations that test student’s knowledge; Answering student’s queries and providing support to help them succeed; Maintaining student’s attendance and grades; Preferred Experienced instructor or public speaker; Knowledge of Navitaire; Experience in delivering courses through virtual platforms is an asset; Familiarity with interactive learning activities; Additional certification in training is a plus; |
