Job Description

  • Customer Experience Management – Survey design, dashboard design, and projects
  • Participate and contribute actively in formulating and improving of Scoot Covid19 measures including, but not limiting, WCI and audit exercises. 
  • Participate and contribute actively in formulating and improving of Survey Ecosystem, such as chatbot/live chats and mobile apps and support survey and dashboard design
  • Act as the internal customer champion and responsible for the development of a customer experience framework across the various touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Interface and interact with working teams across various business units to bring the voice and experience of The Customer to the fore, for existing and new initiatives and processes.

Desired Outcomes:

  • Analysing performance and draw analysis from customer experience data such as WCI Deep Dive and Survey Ecosystem Data Deep Dive in seeking improvement to Scoot Covid19 measures in adoption rate and NPS/CSAT score.
