  • Key Requirement for the Position Experience as Cabin Crew Instructor/ Grooming Instructor /Customer Service Experience .  
  • Ab-initio and recurrent Cabin Crew/ ASA training design and delivery.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Service Excellence & Grooming.
  • Carries out periodic audits on ground as well as inflight service to evaluate consistency of Customer Service delivery.
