Job Description

                Key Accountabilities

  • Achievement of flown revenue targets from Travel Management companies and contracted corporate accounts
  • Increase in contribution of revenue from channel as a percentage of the total business
  • Increase in total number of contracted corporate accounts
  • Increase in yield per passenger throughout the channel
  • Professional account management of all spheres of travel management company business, including corporate travel, MICE, FIT and any other division that the type of business that the TMC may operate
  • Development of long term sales strategy and short term tactical as per the needs of the business
  • Judicious management of channel cost of sale
  • Channel progression analysis and reporting
  • Development of new points of sales like SME and direct corporate clients
  • Implementation of technology based selling / integration with ever evolving selling platforms in corporate and TMC ticketing space
  • Mentoring and training of regional managers, city managers and business development managers
  • Staff retention and development of a progressive career plan
