Experience - 20 + year experience in managing operation of Plant in the industry of EMS

Job description:

• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations whilst meeting internal requirements of the organization.
• A key part of the role is managing teams that handle Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Warehouse and Maintenance in order to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipments
• Lead the companys manufacturing activities, strategic execution and coordinating resources to ensure product delivered are aligned to customer requirements.
• Ensure that deadlines are met and standards are upheld.
• Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Develop processes that will maximize Quality, Productivity and Safety
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime Influence and learn from below
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
