Job Description

• Drive Fleet Stability: The resource should drive and support in strategizing the plans for Engine removals, induction slots at shop, Wing to Wing TAT to keep fleet flying and mitigate risk of customers having ‘AOG’ (Aircraft on ground) situation. 
• Engine Wing to Wing TAT: Coordinate with the Fleet Program Management, Customer Teams, the Engineering/Work-scoping organizations, Material Fulfilment, Test cell to ensure the smooth engine progression through each gate in the process. 
• Engine Operations reporting: The resource should develop internal and external executive metrics to report for MRO operations health and performance. 
• MRO Operations Internal and External reviews: The resource will support leadership in developing presentations related to MRO network performance for internal as well as senior management meetings purpose .
• Productline Line of balance (LOB): The resource will be participating in Product line  LOB meeting providing various metrics related to fleet removals, shop outputs and shop visit TAT. The resource will work with Capability and Capacity operation team to mitigate any risk related to network capacity and readiness. The resource will also provide inputs to Repair team in identifying new opportunities for cost savings and drive actions as needed. 
• Coordination for Timely closure of Departure Records: The resource will work with Productline Product support engineers and Shop engineers for closure of inquiries/departure cases impacting engine progress in over-haul operations
• Data and Scorecards Maintenance: The resource will lead and support team in updating and validating various data related to Productline MRO operations i.e. Productline Operational Status, Productline MRP WIP, Productline Engine Induction plan etc. The resource shall work in streamlining and automating the process to improve data accuracy and data reporting efficiency.  
• Achieve Wing to Wing TAT Target – The resource will lead and help in achieving wing to wing target TAT for Productline engine shop visits. 
• Leadership Reporting and Presentations– The resource will report various metrics related to MRO operation performance on weekly basis or as need basis to leadership.

Minimum qualifications

• Education Qualification – Aeronautical Eng./MBA/BCOM
• Should have problem solving & resilient attitude
• Excel & data and quantitative analysis
• Must have good experience with Aviation Client.
• Must have knowledge of Aviation Industry & understand multiple functions like Shop Operations, Fulfilment, Fleet Operations etc
• Domain – After Market Services, Contract Management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsx

• Flexible & adaptable to new challenges
• Client experience from US, EMEA & APAC
• Visualization tool- Spotfire
