Job Description

• Functional and administrative head of airport and cargo operations on a per shift basis Delivers the plan to achieve monthly/annual OTP targets and airport sales targets
• -Overall supervision and spot check to ensure on time departure of flight and smooth operation
• -Efficient manning of staff at counters, arrivals, departures, ramp and customer contact areas
• -Audits staff for grooming, uniform, PPE and other company standards
• -Coordinate with IOCC/Flight Operations/Space Control & Revenue Management and other departments to ensure adherence to the flight schedule and on-time departures.
• -In case of flight disruption, undertake recovery and customer management actions as per SOP
• -Ensures adequate availability of GSEs per shift Conducts shift briefings on a daily basis
• -Achieves the set sales target per shift for ticket sales, excess baggage and upgrades.
• -Update and maintain the airport sales tracker Encourages teamwork in every shift and lead by example
• Updates relevant operational manuals and share information with team members
• -Ensures vigil over cash collection, ticket sales, excess baggage levy and upgrades per shift Reports illness and alcohol/drug abuse incidents to Airport Manager
• -Assists in carrying our ERP related exercises at the station-level
• -Reports occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company
• reputation that may have occurred on shift to the Airport Manager
• Ensures training records of all staff are updated regularly
• -Effective leave and roster management of staff on shift
