Job Description

Key Requirement for the Position

  • Preparation of effective procedure covering all activities before aircraft arrival / Departure & TA covering all operational areas, Plan, organize & Control the company work with co-operation and under APMs/Dy.APMs guidance, ensure that all operational activities within Safe, Secure and regulator compliance, Responsible for operational and administrative functions, staff training & records, handles customer's grievance and issues with airport services and personnel, Roster, Responsible for safety/Security Breach and quality performance, effective team leader, deputizes in absence of APM/Dy.APM, Responsible for reporting to APM/DY.APM for occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety or company reputation.

Job Description

  • Responsible to manage airport operations on shift basis ensuring that service delivery conforms to regulatory, Operational, Safety and Customer Service Standards within a cost effective environment. Liaises with Airport Authorities and third party services providers ensuring that GoAir ground handling requirements and customer service standards are met at all times. Manages all elements of the ground operation whilst on duty.
