Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1 Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
  • 2 Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives
  • 3 Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • 4 Building and maintaining relationships with employees (Team & Users)
  • 5 Coordination with team & User for Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual closing activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time
  • 6 Coordination with Internal/statutory Auditors and provide all details as per their requirement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
  • 2 Minimum 8 Years experience in payable
  • 3 SAP Knowledge may be preferred
  • 4 Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures.
  • 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6 Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and bookkeeping software.
  • 7 Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • 8 Ability to analyze information and processes.
  • 9 Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
