Job Description

Minimum requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Employee Engagement
  • Graduate, MBA in HR would be preferable.
  • Highly skilled in data analytics and Microsoft excel

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and host internal campaigns and employee wellness events to boost employee engagement and promote core values.
  • Preparation of post-event reports and review evaluations.
  • Track and analyse employee communication engagement metrics and develop comprehensive employee engagement strategy.
  • Sustain good working relationships with the employees – management and across departments/locations.
  • Provide initiatives to give employees a voice through employee engagement activities and internal communications by integrating cultural initiatives and feedback mechanisms
