This exciting role offers opportunity to:

EIIC has opening for Engineer – Requirements Management (RM) within Aerospace. He/ she will be responsible for requirement management, process & tools deployment for Aerospace hydraulic systems, fuel systems, actuation systems, fluid distribution system, and (or) electronic controllers and comply with industry standards
Requirements engineer is responsible for the analysis, documentation, coordination and management of requirements during Product development cycle. He/She should have proficiency in preparing Requirements Management Plan, requirements writing, requirements verification and validation.
He/she should have good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with an ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
Requirement:

Education level required: Graduate/ Post Graduate bachelor’s in engineering (Electromechanical Domain)
Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering/Mechatronics with 3 + years of experience.
Requirements Engineering, Systems engineering, DOORs, Six sigma, Python, Machine Learning
Responsible for requirement management, change management through DOORS, ClearQuest and publishing specs.
Performs validation, compliance assessment, verification of requirements at different phases of product life cycle development for hydraulic systems, fuel systems, actuation systems, fluid distribution system, and (or) electronic controllers.
Coordinates with cross functional teams to identify the missing requirements and capturing the requirements from regulatory, industry standards.
Collaborates effectively with the product teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful deployment of Requirements Management.
Drives the continuous improvement behavior in deployment of RM tools and leveraging the DXL, SYSML
Produces the Requirement Management metric and participate in technical/ programs reviews with in internal teams’ external customers.
Provides the technical mentoring in requirement management process, tools and industry standards.
Leverages DFSS, Lean and Eaton process for driving results and product improvements
Monitors progress and achievements on projects. Provide timely status and reports to stakeholders
