Boeing India Private Limited, Technical Publications is currently looking for Entry Level Ecommerce Content & Digital Marketing to join their team in Chennai, India. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Service (BGS) business organization.

As a Content & data associate within our eCommerce and Digital Marketing team, you will focus on online content for Boeing Global Services eCommerce, publishing of content to the web, ensuring quality of product and marketing data on the web, align with brand content strategies and priorities.

The eCommerce Content associate will play an important role in eCommerce and Digital Marketing content development and execution.  Aligned to the strategic plan for the online marketing and product content in support of Boeing eCommerce websites.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic content and branding program.
  • Audit website for copy, brand, content, and photography discrepancies.
  • Aligning to product flow to site content / promotional calendar (off-line process)
  • Writing and editing product names, descriptions and defining attributes.
  • Writing and editing search engine optimized (SEO) product and marketing copy.
  • Localizing product copy (if required).
  • Maintaining Storefront Navigation
  • Associate products with site navigation.
  • Create and populate Global Categories.
  • Assign keyword search terms and jewelry styles.
  • Merchandising and enriching online product content to drive customer conversion, improved customer experience and self-service.
  • Improving search capabilities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ Years of content Management Experience (for entry level)
  • Experience with eCommerce Businesses
  • Intrinsic passion for eCommerce and awareness of best practices and trends
  • Ability to break down complex problems, conduct analysis, and translate into action plan.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office functionality, especially Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor or equivalent) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong background in research, analysis, and business communication
