Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center (BIETC) based in Bangalore, India is engaged in the development of advanced Aerospace and Aviation technologies.

We are looking for Entry Level Systems Engineer to work on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) statements of work within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) Capability. 

The selected employees will be part of a special rotation program for the first 18 months, thus enabling them to understand and learn a wide range of domains and cutting edge technologies worked on in BIETC, before being placed into permanent projects.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support Program MBSE Development, Integrations and Updates of Tool Development Environment
• Coordinate with BDS programs to determine Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Training and Tool Needs
• Develop, Update and Maintain MBSE Training materials as required to support BDS and enterprise needs
• Develop, Update and Maintain MBSE Technical documentation that describe how to install, configure, integrate and use MBSE tools and to implement SE processes in an MBSE tool environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 0 to 4 years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Past experience in one or more of the following :
• Model Based System Engineering
• Model Based Software Development
• Model Based Testing
• MATLAB Simulink
• Experience with SysML development methodologies is preferred.
• Experience and familiarity with MagicDraw and/or Rational Rhapsody software is preferred.
• Experience with the following software development languages is desired:C#, ASP.NET, or Java
• Experience with the following software and database technologies is desired:SQL Server (Transact-SQL development, database administration), Web Services (e.g. Web Service Definition Language (WSDL))

• High learning agility
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.

• RELOCATION BENEFITS IF INDICATED ARE LIMITED TO IN-COUNTRY MOVES AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR OVERSEAS RELOCATION. THERE IS NO EXPATRIATE PACKAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION.
