Job Description

An administrator providing support for smooth functioning of Cabin Safety Training Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Proper coordination between various departments and liaising for training related duties
• Assist in all training related administrative functions (Classroom bookings, transport, travel bookings etc.)
• Coordination and timely dissemination of training links for DL courses and provide necessary backend support during training and examination
• Assisting with maintenance of documentation in soft and hard copy (DGCA manuals, letters, and approvals)
• Ensure updation of SEP QRH and distribution of SEP QRH to trainees

• Assisting with maintenance and updation of records in digital format (Drop Box, Digitalization of training records) and aiding with data updation activities
• Liaising with external vendors for training requirements and management of invoices
• Procurement and maintenance of stationery items
• Maintenance of resigned/terminated crew files
• Shall assist both the Training Planning and Training Development teams in tasks defined by CSTM

• Good interpersonal, communication and administration skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Result oriented with good analytical and planning skills
• High integrity and judgement

Work Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative work

Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university
